Privacy Notice

This notice explains how The Flexo Company S.r.l. handles personal data when you request the TFC Care brochure or choose to receive email updates.

Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is The Flexo Company S.r.l., with registered office at Via San Paolo 13, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy; VAT and tax code 14446490964. For privacy requests, contact us at marketing@theflexocompany.com.

What data do we collect and why?

We collect your email address to provide the brochure you requested and to keep a record of that request. Providing an email address is necessary to receive the download.

There is a separate, optional, unchecked box for email updates. If you select it, we use your email address and record of consent to send TFC communications about products and services, commercial offers, events, and informative updates such as newsletters. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your brochure request. We do not use an email supplied only for a brochure download to send these messages.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by writing to marketing@theflexocompany.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Legal bases

We process your email address to fulfil your brochure request and take the steps you ask us to take. We send non-transactional email updates only on the basis of your optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives the data?

Wix is used to manage contacts and record email marketing consent. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery for this landing page and processes request data when you submit the form; the Worker forwards the submitted email address to Wix. These providers may use subprocessors and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, international transfers must rely on an applicable legal safeguard, such as the providers’ data-processing terms and standard contractual clauses. You can consult the Wix Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Privacy Policy, and their data-processing terms.

We do not sell your email address or provide it to other companies for their own marketing. If this changes, this notice and the consent choices will be updated before that processing begins.

How long do we keep it?

Applicable law does not set one universal retention period for every record collected through this form. As a proposed company schedule, brochure-only request records should be deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the download, unless an active conversation or legal need requires them for longer. Where you have consented to email updates, we keep the address and consent record while that consent remains active, review inactive records at least every 24 months, and delete them when no longer needed. If you withdraw consent, we stop sending those messages and retain only the minimum information needed to honour the opt-out and demonstrate our compliance, for as long as necessary for those purposes. These are proposed operational limits, not periods prescribed by Wix, Cloudflare, or a universal statutory rule.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your personal data, object to processing where that right applies, and receive data you provided in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact marketing@theflexocompany.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies and automated decisions

This page is not intentionally configured to use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not use the email submitted through this form for automated decision-making or profiling. This must be checked again after the final Cloudflare and Wix integrations are enabled, including any embedded services or scripts.
